About

Member of the Irish Jewellers & Silversmiths Guild (IJSG)

Living in a Rural Village in the heart of the Irish Midlands, I am so lucky to be able to appreciate the magic in the everyday country sights and sounds around me.

My journey to a Creative career has been a “long and winding road”. I qualified and worked as a Lawyer for over 10 years, then moved on to the Second Act of my life as a full-time Mum to my two children.

During that time, my creative side was reawakened and I went on to Study Silversmithing at the School of Jewellery, Dublin which I immediately loved. I am delighted that my passion has become my business.

Based in my County Laois studio, I design and handcraft my pieces in Sterling Silver and Gold taking inspiration from Ireland’s rich Mythology and beautiful landscape.

My “Love Knot” Collection is a modern interpretation of the Ancient Celtic Knot which symbolised Love, Loyalty and Friendship.

The “Irish Woodland” pieces are inspired my Irish heartland surroundings. The fallen apples, woodlands filled with bluebells in bloom and a feather blowing in the wind have sparked some of my designs and continue to inspire me every day.

My bespoke pieces are designed and created in a fully collaborative process with my Clients and really bring me joy to work on.

Working in Sterling silver and Gold, all my pieces are Hallmarked by the Dublin Assay Office and bear my own Maker’s Mark, the Hibernia ( i.e. the Dublin Assay Office Mark ) and the Purity Mark (e.g. 925 for Sterling Silver) which guarantees the quality of the Precious Metals used.
