Shipping policy

All parcels are dispatched using the An Post Parcel Service unless alternative arrangements are agreed directly with Customer. 

 

  • Free Shipping within Ireland & to Northern Ireland  across the Yvonne Bolger Jewellery range.
  • U.K. ( excluding N.I. ) & Europe: €15 
  • Rest of World: €20

 

Non EU & Brexit related UK & NI Shipping. We will ship your pieces EX VAT to UK Mainland, you will be liable for taxes/duties on delivery in your own country. Please satisfy yourself on any potential taxes/duties which may be due on arrival as Yvonne Bolger Jewellery will not be responsible for this. Customs in your county may contact you and may require some personal tax details in order to clear your pieces through customs systems. For NI, deliveries will be as normal with no VAT import issues.

 

Dispatch and Delivery 

DISPATCH TIMES 

These are standard Dispatch and Delivery times. Naturally if you require a piece urgently for a special occasion, please feel free to Contact me to discuss whether earlier Dispatch is possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

Orders of Sterling Silver items ( other than Rings ) are usually dispatched within 4/5 working days however, any seasonal variations to this will always be displayed on the announcement banner at the top of homepage of the website.

Rings are made to Order in your chosen Size so you should allow up to 2 weeks for Dispatch.  

Orders of items in 9ct Gold may take up to 3weeks for Dispatch but if an item is in Stock then dispatch will be considerably shorter - if time is of the essence then please feel free to Contact me to discuss availability. 

Orders placed at the weekend or Irish bank holidays will be processed the following working day.  If you have any additional delivery requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact me before confirming your order.

Average Delivery Time is 5/10 working days but Seasonal Delays may arise and Yvonne Bolger Jewellery cannot be held responsible for Postal Delays.  Items may be Tracked using your individual Tracking Code. 

DPD/DHL Courier Service may be used or An Post Parcel service depending on efficiency of service at time of Delivery. Details will be provided to Purchaser. 

 

E.U. Countries 

Average Delivery Time is 10/14 working days but Seasonal Delays may arise and Yvonne Bolger Jewellery cannot be held responsible for Postal Delays. DHL /DPD Courier Service may be used or An Post Parcel service depending on efficiency of service at time of Delivery. Details will be provided to Purchaser.
